Admiralty Cottage offers panoramic views over Mylor Harbour and the Carrick Roads beyond. It has a gated drive with ample parking, garage and boat storage. The front door opens into the hall with a big comfortable lounge to the front, featuring television, video and CD stereo, plus panoramic views over the harbour. A large kitchen/dining room includes an Aga, electric stove, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge/freezer. On the ground floor is a study facing the harbour and a cloakroom.
